Our in-depth knowledge of the consumer and the category is achieved through the agency’s continuous trend/data mining and monitoring. We use a variety of research tools, including conducting primary and secondary research, as well as subscribing to a host of secondary research resources (such as Iconoculture and MRI) to inform us on an ongoing basis.
